Walmart Vision & Glasses provides helpful and friendly service. The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and super nice. They are also supportive, understanding, and comforting, especially when dealing with a scary diagnosis or urgent problem, providing specialist referrals when needed. The team is excellent in helping to fit glasses, working diligently to adjust frames for comfort even when it is challenging. They are accommodating, letting customers in after closing time and inviting them back for further adjustments anytime. While the glasses selection is good and the service is great, there can be occasional minor issues like misfiled orders. Overall, the experience is highly recommended, offering valuable service at a reasonable cost compared to other expensive places.
Jay and Priscilla are the dynamic duo of eyewear 🤓! They always hook me up with the perfect frames and lenses, and their customer service is top-notch. Plus, the prices here are ridiculously good 🤑! I'm a repeat customer for life!
Jonathan and Priscilla were life saving. I had an emergency and they were so professional and courteous that I forgot about my disability while I was there. Jonathan would follow up and be so patient with me over the phone even with all my troubles. Priscilla seemed to know everything about fashion? I am not in tune but the frames she picked out for me have been getting nothing but compliments.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this Walmart vision center.

Jay R was excellent, he was helpful and nice to chat with. He seemed to really know what he was doing. His colleague was a middle-age lady, I didn't catch her name she was not wearing a name tag, she helped me pick out some glasses with a longer temples. She was friendly and also very helpful. Thank you, I am looking forward to receiving my glasses soon.
