“I love coming to this office I see Dr. ragsdale she is amazing! I have been told when I call that she no longer works for the practice but she does and is usually there on Thursdays. It has been difficult when I call and try to get a prescription refilled or schedule an appointment and they just tell me she no longer works there… hope this gets resolved!“

My family used Forum Family Medicine / Dr. Quintana 25 years ago when we lived in Denver. He was excellent, we give him 5-stars. We later moved out of Colorado for business.We came back to Denver several years ago and have worked with Malissa Chik at Forum Family. She has also been excellent. Of special note is that Mellissa worked with our son who had some serious medical issues, and she was extremely patient with him and demonstrated she truly cared about helping him. Truly cared about his situation. We give her a 5-star rating.... I don't give high ratings easily... this is my first and only rating for some service.“
