This Sephora was able to help us with a mistake that an employee made, but Stephen was very kind to solve the problem with a gift card that we bought for our daughter. We got an empty gift card when we paid $250. Somehow, it got shuffled with another one, and we were able to get the money on a new gift card. I can't imagine if we were given this card to a friend, it would it be bad. But thanks, Stephen, for your kind help.
This is hit or miss. 2 sales people couldn't understand my daughter wanted a moisturizer with SPF13 and knew nothing about their products. On other occasions, we have had great service.
Returns were a piece of cake. Of course we ended up with extra goodies. This Sephora was low on stock I was hoping to test or purchase but items are available online. Great customer service!
