Massage Envy offers a variety of services including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, all aimed at promoting total body wellness. Many clients appreciate the ability to book appointments online, often securing last-minute slots due to cancellations. One reviewer highlighted an exceptional 90-minute massage with a therapist named Ryan, who found all the exact stress points in the neck without the need for guidance. This session provided a noticeable change in range of motion and relief. The overall staff is described as pleasant and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming environment. While some customers mention concerns about scheduling and therapist availability, they acknowledge that the service quality justifies the 12-month contract requirement. Suggestions for gratuity are seen as reasonable given the expertise of the therapists. Another reviewer praised Tawny for an amazing facial experience, stating that the facial technicians at the Aurora SW location are amazing. Overall, Massage Envy is recognized for its personalized service and effective treatments, making it a valued choice for wellness and relaxation, despite some comments on the front desk employees' appearance.
I have used massage subscription in the past but, not for many years. I last discontinued my subscription because I didn’t feel like I was getting my full money’s worth. I forgot how helpful a massage can be. Thanks for a pleasant experience. A helpful experience, as it helped resolve a headache that I’d been experiencing for over 4 days! Kudos in running a wonderful service.
I was in pretty bad shape , couldn’t bend down or up with out pain that took my breath away. Sue was amazing! Listened but not just listened once , she would consistently ask follow up questions as the session progressed. She was awesome, attentive and caring . Thanks Sue !
Great place to come get a massage! Make sure you book a stretch with sam, and thank you to the front desk Devon for being so helpful and articulate and to Patricia for working out my kinks
