The quality of the work is high, and customers get what they ask for. The pedicure massage chairs are really nice. The salon is described as a nice and clean place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. While prices may be higher than other nail shops, the overall experience and the willingness to try many colors to find just the right shade are appreciated. Some customers found the signature spa pedicure to be just like any other pedicure, despite the price.
I came in with a friend to get a dip manicure and the royal hot stone pedicure. The mani was exactly what I wanted. The pedicure was nice but she rushed at the end which caused bubbles to form in the polish since it wasn’t dry between layers. I was also disappointed that I could only get wine with the pedicure when the Aspen Grove location has always let me do a margarita. I would get my nails done here again but probably wouldn’t do a pedicure too since it was so expensive.. was like $185 before tip

Anthony Vince gives the most thorough and professional manicures and pedicures. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is comfortable and satisfied.
