I like going with you guys it’s just that the last two visits including today I have been waiting for more than an hour for my kid to be seen which I don’t think that’s OK since we’ve been getting there super early or on time for you guys to have me wait more than an hour for my kid to be seen. I think if you guys can improve that will be good cause you guys have amazing and friendly people working there.

Rodeo did exactly what they said they would in their response below. The audio is no longer blasting on multiple devices. It’s much calmer of an experience which really helped me feel more comfortable today. The bathroom was much cleaner but still lacking toilet paper. Great work, Rodeo Dental. It really means a lot to customers that you act on reviews instead of ignoring them. Thank you..

I have taken my adult brother to this dental practice three times now and everyone from the women at the front desk, to the hygienists and dentists have been kind and patient. My brother has a traumatic brain injury and other medical conditions and the staff listens to him, makes sure he feels comfortable and does a good job working on cleaning and repairing his teeth. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is because at each appointment, we have waited 15 - 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment.
