Lona has been a great primary care provider for me over the years and her telehealth option is very convenient, she takes the time to be thorough with my concerns and I never feel rushed. The rest of the staff at this location has been very friendly every time I've been seen in person in the office. It's very convenient having a Labcorp in the same building, I've had a much better experience at this particular Labcorp as opposed to the others I've been to as it isn't nearly as busy and the staff is much nicer. I had a very positive experience at AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Southlands. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, and the whole process was smooth and well organized. I felt listened to and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this practice!
I'm super pleased with the expert care I've received from Jamie in Physical Therapy. I was prescribed PT after back surgery. As I expected the treatment I received gradually helped me heal. Then I suffered a setback just while running errands in my car. I was again barely mobile and in a lot of pain. I re-injured my back on Sunday, I saw Jamie on Tuesday, and today is Saturday. Jamie changed up my PT for my new pain and already today I'm much better. Impressive.
