Coach Trevor was a great help in getting my started on my CrossFit journey! I definitely want more, and I'm coming back. I got my work cutout for me, but the positive reinforcement was gold.
Gem of a box! Dropping in around Christmas is hit or miss on available classes, but Mach983 has Christmas eve classes and open gym on Xmas day (believe me when I say I NEED that)! Well run class and friendly folks. Good time all around!
