I was at Lux yesterday when a foul mouthed, belligerent customer refused to pay for her services. I heard the customer in an elevated voice saying nasty racial slurs at the staff. I was appalled!in true Lux form everyone who works at Lux was professional, and treated the customer politely. The moment was very tense, and the customer was dealt with in a more than fair manner. The lady doing my nails, returned to finish my manicure, obviously upset, but put on her professional face, and I got the best manicure I have ever received! Cyrus has done my nails twice, and both times she has done a fantastic job. Ana is great also, especially on designs, and the other techs are also marvelous. I've been going here for a year, and I am rarely disappointed. I also get money off based on how much I spend, that's a bonus. Great nail salon, highly recommend.

I've tried several nail salons (even in Texas), but by far, Luxx Nails Bar is the only one I can recommend. They do a great job every time. Plus, the environment and technicians are very nice and personable. Personally, I need someone who will listen and take care with my thin nailbeds. They do and I come away very happy instead of having to deal with pain for months. For this kind of service, it's even worth a drive if you're not near it. It's in a nice area with many stores and restaurants so you can make a day of it. I highly recommend Luxx Nails Bar.
