“Mark and his team put in work!!! We moved into a rental property and the entire basement smelled funny and there were urine spots. We notified the property manager and they said that’s normal after the carpets were “cleaned”….Definitely not. We made a call to the Blue Bucket folks and they went above and beyond to get the smell out. In fact, they cleaned the carpets so well that they had to do the stairs so that everything matched the white clean of the fresh carpets. We had a different company come after we moved in and they charged us triple to not get anything clean. Highly, highly recommend!
