Jack and his assistant texted me when they were on their way and arrived on time. They did a superb job cleaning my upstairs carpet. With a dog and new puppy and an accident with a home carpet cleaning machine, I thought I needed to replace my rugs. However, after Chapple's cleaning, My carpet literally looks like new! I highly recommend them.
