It was high time to get our carpets steam cleaned...we have two young children and a dog who's had some accidents in the house over the years. I picked Chapple's because it's local and had good reviews. I had an amazing experience! They gave me a very fair quote based on the actual size of our space, communicated well, showed up right on time, and did a great job.
