I’m reporting this business to the BBB. They improperly installed our flooring and refuse to take any responsibility for the flooring coming up and the LVP flooring splitting. This Company is super unprofessional and their accounting manager Tyler just hung the phone up on me when I let him know that we were getting a flooring inspector because we believe that they improperly installed our flooring.
Multiple people from their company came to our home besides mowhawk the distributor themselves for a meeting and they denied that it was an installation issue and even blamed mowhawk for defective material. This company would not take responsibility either way. Arlun...read full review

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. I had carpet installed in my new house, let’s start off with the carpenters drinking on the job, the carpets lifting, there’s dirty spots. I go to my house the following day to see how the carpet looks and I see beer cans and beer bottles. I called the company to put a complain and I spoke to VALERIE MONDRAGON and she is the most unprofessional women I have ever dealt with, if you don’t like your job go else where. And that goes for GAVE COSTA as well. Not only did I call to get this fixed but they also wanted to charge me to a grand to get these things fixed, SCAMMERS! This company installed the floor in my daughters new house she purchased from Oakwood Homes, The 1st floor failed due to a mfg. product. They replaced it and then the 2nd floor starting splitting at the joints. Shaw flooring sent out an independent inspection Co. and the report stated that the subfloor was not prepped within the required specification. The owner of Arlun Flooring basically told me he would not fix the problem and told me to file for arbitration. Long story short, Oakwood Homes (finally after a battle) agreed to replace the floor. When they removed the floor, they found the it was not prepared properly, just as the independent report noted.
