I haven’t had an eye exam in probably 10+ years. Needless to say I was nervous for my appointment yesterday as a first time patient… As soon as I came in, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcomed by everyone in the office. The girl who checked me in (I sadly don’t remember her name) set expectations and provided clear and easy-to-follow directions which made me feel so comfortable before my exam. I have been using this place for my daughter's eye care since she was in 2nd grade and she is now in college they are the best 👌 now my entire family go here for eye care from the front desk to the doctors, they are so pleasant.

I'm focusing (okay, pun intended) on the customer care I received from the 2 people whose job it is, to help me select frame and lens choices.
First, I apologize that I don't remember the names of the woman and man who took care of me. Maybe Julie and Kyle?
Anyway, I wanted to use my current frames and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Julie gave me all of the options available for the lenses and explained what was covered by my insurance. Without asking, she offered to adjust and tighten my frames. When my lenses got there, Kyle cut and fitted them in-house. The whole process only took a few minutes.
