It only took a week my glasses. I broke mine a week ago and called every couple days to see if they were in. I'm sure it was annoying, but everyone was extremely professional and nice. Great place!

The staff was amazing and very professional. We had a good experience overall. We will definitely go to this particular 'America's Best' for our optical needs in the future.

I initially wasn’t happy with my 1st experience here from the staff at this location & my purchases but I was contacted back from corporate and everything got resolved and I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. They most definitely went out of their way to make sure all my purchases were corrected and fixed everything in a timely manner. Very big thanks to District Manager Kelly G!!
