DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Wow, horrible experience from start to finish, if you can call it finished. Communication is sub par at best. They refuse to provide me a breakdown between parts and labor stating they don't legally have to provide that, seriously? In other words, our mark ups are so high on everything we can't be transparent or wr would never have customers. I am sad that I gave them repeat business and that for sure stops now. I had no hot water and realized the water heater did not have a pilot light showing. They did have a human answer the phone and were able to come out same day, nice perks for sure. Don't call these guys. A simple HVAC service call results in them recommending a full furnace replacement. They didn't even try to diagnose a furnace problem. Just looked at the system and said due to the age of it it can't be worked on and needed to be replaced. Found another company that determined the 24V transformer was malfunctioning. Replaced the transformer and furnace is now functioning normally.Service: Heating system repair
