About Tonic Method - Aspen
Tonic Method offers a unique workout that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Pilates. This full-body workout focuses on strengthening your core, thighs, butt, and arms. The classes utilize custom Pilates Reformers, which offer greater intensity and resistance than traditional reformers. Clients describe the instructors as friendly and encouraging, providing personalized attention and modifications to ensure correct form.
