About Tonic Method - Aspen

Tonic Method offers a unique workout that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Pilates. This full-body workout focuses on strengthening your core, thighs, butt, and arms. The classes utilize custom Pilates Reformers, which offer greater intensity and resistance than traditional reformers.
