The yoga classes are amazing! I've been going regularly for the past month and feel that I've really deepened my practice. I come out of every class feeling strong, energized, and so much lighter. All the instructors are wonderful and bring their own special insights into class. Plus, the studio really takes care of the locals and offers a wonderful monthly plan. I couldn't recommend O2 more :)
Kerri, the Pilates instructor was precise in movements, helpful when needed. Perfect Pilates pace so the movements could be executed properly without compromising the benefit of the exercise.
I am absolutely obsessed with this place and it is my favorite spot in town to hop into a reformer pilates, mat pilates, or hot yoga class. Plus, their retail is also pretty good. Jenna's mat pilates class on Wednesday mornings is the absolute best class I take to start my day - it's the best one at the studio in my opinion. Caters to a wide range of ability levels and the local community here is awesome. 10/10 recommend for anyone trying to get a work out in, whether you're just visiting for a weekend, or live here full time. I'll see you on the mat!
