This is the third time I've used Ductworks for duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning, and all three times they have been wonderful. Excellent communication and overall customer service, friendly people who are super-responsive and helpful, and outstanding work product.
This particular time deserves a special mention. We had an unexpected electrical problem at our house that happened shortly after our technician, Christian, arrived. It took us two hours to sort out the problem, which delayed Christian's start time. We felt terrible about wasting his time and asked if we should reschedule. Justin and Chris were a great help! I had an odd circumstance where my two pet rabbits had crawled into the ductwork of my home. I made countless calls and found no other company or agency willing to help. This is not something they usually do, but they went out of their way to quickly and safely retrieve my rabbits. They went above and beyond, thank you so much!
Javier, our technician, was very professional and courteous. He walked us through the process and also showed us before and after photos. He also helped us with adjusting our filter placement , eliminating a steady noise we had heard upon the recent installation of our new furnace.
