Donald and Ryan installed a kitchen hood vent for us. Our kitchen stove is on an inside wall, so we knew the install might be difficult. We had multiple quotes and they were the only ones who made sure their approach was up to code and were upfront about the work needed to get this done. We really appreciated that they prioritized our safety and the integrity of our home. They also took the time to make sure the job was done well. They do top notch work and we'd never go anywhere else for our hvac needs.

I had a big landscaping project that included temporarily unhooking, moving and then reinstalling my a/c unit. I called four different companies for quotes and two were outrageous. I had two companies come out and one of them was a big name. That one tried to convince me that it couldn't be done and the smartest thing would be to just buy a new unit from them for $14,000.Thin Air was able to come out the day after I called them and they gave me a very fair estimate and was available to do the job later in the week which was well before my deadline. Excellent! We needed an emergency repair on our AC. It was completed on the same day we booked their services, they were able to come earlier than scheduled, and they completed the repairs in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
