I couldn’t be happier with the service and communication of PRQ Exteriors. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained and handled exactly as they said it would be. Was old roof is gone, and my new roof works great! Thank you PRQ!
Great job from Kyle, Tola and Mike on all fronts. The whole process seemed to work seamlessly, and ironically, we endured one of our region's biggest rainfalls in years only a couple of weeks after the roof installation. No problems, we're happy to report! Good clean-up,as well, after the job.
From the moment a lady knocked on my door to see if they could check the roof to the final inspection it was great working with PRQ! Ted did the initial inspection, Thomas was there with my claims adjuster, the men that did the roof were thorough and professional. They did a great job! Tom did a final inspection today. Through it all Anna virtually assisted me through the process. The experience was the best roofing experience I’ve had. Thank you PRQ!
