I love FBBC.. I love the classes, they are different each time. The coaches are great. They are very educated. They care about you and your goals you’re trying to reach. Every one is so nice and I never feel judged for anything. Every one is encouraging and positive. I’m glad that I picked FBBC to help me achieve my goals.

I’ve been coming here since August and I feel great! I’m stronger and have so much energy. I love the coaches and I’m so grateful for my workout buddies who I get to see each morning. Everyone is supportive and positive. Joining FBBC was such a wonderful decision!

I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years now. The coaches are amazing! I went into this gym with a chronic injury, and I've learned ways to strengthen my weaknesses and become stronger and more healthy overall. The coaches work with you and encourage you when you need it. This is the first gym in my whole life that I've committed to and have seen results in my overall health. I've lost 50lbs, with diet and exercise. Having a gym family allows me to have accountability in my weight loss journey.
