Armbrust Pro Gym

Armbrust is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. I live in Colorado Springs so it’s a haul to get there, but absolutely worth it! The collection of machines - eclectic, yet absolutely the best design for each function, always result in a highly effective workout (my faves are the Atlantis full ROM lateral raise and the Hammer Strength lying rear delt fly machine, among many others)The environment is absolutely supportive, regardless of level. The posing room and classes are a must for anyone looking to compete - I’ve learned a lot! Kudos to Dylan, Zach and team for creating and managing Armbrust Pro Gym!

One of the coolest gyms I’ve been to in my opinion I would highly recommend it if you’re big into body building or just a normal gym goer it has an atmosphere that most people who are big into body building and self improvement would enjoy you can tell there has been blood sweat and tears put into this gym and multiple generations of bodybuilders I would highly recommend it the people at the front desk we’re easy-going and helpful as well

Nice gym but one of the employees (woman with glasses) made insensitive comments about my appearance. While it may have been unintentional, I felt it was highly unprofessional and unnecessary.
