Started up at F45 for a New Year's resolution and I am so glad I did. It's the perfect amount of structure and accountability for me. They even helped me set up my calorie and protein goals to get started. After 2 months I have lost 20 pounds of fat and excited to keep going!
Omg if I’d known that these classes are this much fun I would’ve started a long time ago. I’ve never enjoyed strength training on my own, but F45 classes are easy to follow and modifications are available for every fitness level. Don’t be intimidated! The instructors are so friendly and helpful and the community is very supportive!
First time I’ve found a gym that feels like home since I moved from out of state. Top notch trainers that push you and make you wanna come back. Very welcoming gym and fire workouts! Love this F45 location more than the others I’ve visited.
