Mimis class is the best to wake up with - I find that her messages carryover, off the mat, and throughout the week. Also, it's a great workout. The people are friendly and warm too - it's a safe and nurturing space.
Inclusive culture, not competitive, great instructor quality, great overall vibe, lots of pricing plans to fit even the busiest schedules. I am a former studio owner and I look forward to coming every week.
Such a warm and welcoming environment. I immediately felt welcome and included, not just by the owner, but by the other community members, as well! So many different classes and class times for all levels of yoga student makes it exciting to take advantage of the awesome intro offer. It was easy to get to with more than enough parking.
