I wanted to replace my old laptop with a newer, faster laptop; but I was concerned about how to get all of my photo software, photo files, and other software onto the new laptop. Kyle at WSB first worked with my wife and me about our needs over the phone (we live an hour and a half away from Alamosa) and then recommended a great Dell laptop with upgraded memory. I left my old laptop with WSB, and two days later Kyle had completely set up my new laptop with all of my software, files, virus protection, etc. It was turn key. For 20 years WSB Computers was my lifeline and touchstone during my years as a community newspaper reporter and website operator. I cannot count the times they bailed me out and guided me through rough waters, even made house calls! They were patient, considerate, punctual, always available and so reliable. They helped me make informed purchases and averted disasters many times.I even moved out of state and they still continue to guide me on the web.
