Their technicians, such as Calvin and Kelvin, are efficient, professional, and knowledgeable, able to quickly diagnose and fix various laptop issues, from rebooting problems to charging port replacements. The staff, including Nicole, are friendly and accommodating, even for those with limited computer expertise. Netelligence provides excellent service at no additional charge, earning high recommendations from satisfied customers who appreciate the company's expertise and considerate approach in resolving their technical difficulties.
I worked with Netelligence on a large phone system upgrade and multi-site wide area network for a municipal government. They made the process easy and traveled 5 hours to complete the work. It only took them about a day, and they guided us through issues that cropped up after the work was done. AND they were far less expensive than the alternatives we had been considering. 5 stars all the way!
My laptop stopped connecting to Wifi so I took it to Netelligence. Calvin found that my laptop was not rebooting properly, so he did a quick assessment and fix at NO CHARGE! I was about to shoot the dang thing , so he saved me from computer violence. My laptop is now working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks so much Calvin and Netelligence!
My laptop had a problem with charging… The cable would show it was charging, but the laptop itself had a problem with the charging port. Some thing I couldn’t fix myself. I brought my laptop to Netelligence, it was quickly determined that I needed a part replaced. The part was ordered and installed. Calvin and staff were very efficient, professional, and helpful. I’m grateful that they got my laptop repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
