As the first time client, who just moved to the neighborhood, I made an appointment that the owner asked me to later change, and then she was late for that appointment. She was rushed and anxious. The place was noisy, but not a good way. Above all, I got a lousy haircut by someone who didn't seem to care. I called and left a message asking to correct it. I was totally polite, but I never got a return phone call. I'm the positive side, It is a large and good looking space with friendly people.

I'm extremely upset. I get my nails done ALL the time in Denver and have never ever had an issue like this before. It's very frustrating because I'm going to school here so this was the only resort and this is how I'm being treated away from home it's just awful and I had to go to Denver just to get help with my nails because the owner who did my nails said she would help and would call back and NEVER called back. My finger was in pain and if this has happened to anyone else I'm sure you understand. All I wanted was help taking the acrylics off so my finger nails wouldn't fall off. I went into the shop last Wednesday looking for help and the other nail tech just brushed me off and gave me acetone to take home with me. All I was asking for was help to take my nails off and when I go into the shop it's like no one sees me walk in. I'm not greeted until after 5 min of standing there for a paying customer it's very upsetting because in Denver they would never. I highly don't recommend. Highly don't recommend!!!!

Heather was absolutely amazing! She asked questions, listen to what I wanted and was so personable! I highly recommend her and the salon. Everyone was very friendly. It was super cute and clean!

Three of us got pedicures here. My wife has had problems with her feet for many years. They were very knowledgeable about what she needed done. In addition to looking nice, they cut her nails to relieve her ingrown nail pain. We are heading back there soon.
