Went to the new courthouse office today to pay a bill and just check out the new place. Looks pretty cool, but the 2 girls at the check in desk were not very friendly. Afraid a smile would crack their face. Customer service is non existent at Valley Wide.

I have been going to this clinic for years. I always receive prompt, professional care. It is convenient and I have found that they are flexible and eager to fill my personal medical needs.

I had a phenomenal experience there. I had been misdiagnosed and fell thru the cracks for over a decade.when I went in, I couldn't stand up straight or hardly walk. And in excruciating pain that day they started running test, and had referrals to see specialist's for me that day. Thanks to Dr. Zweger and Randi, my pain level is getting tolerable, I have 2 surgeons getting ready to fix my back. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and caring.Im there a lot, and I have never waited longer than 10 minutes, either in the exam room or waiting room. And finally if I have a problem with a referral, and waiting too long. All I have to do is call (Randi) in Dr. Zwegers office...read full review
