She listens and has actual empathy for people that she doesn't know, which is beyond rare. The last several weeks I've spent countless hours among doctors, nurses, and staff and loma linda hospital, Redlands hospital, and optum. I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I came to urgent care today for a separate issue and she gave me hope for the people practicing medicine. I do wish optum had a platform where patients/customers could provide feedback by doctor not as an umbrella Optum. Dr.Garrido you are right where you were meant to be!!“
