Flow Yucaipa is super welcoming and the head professor Eric always knows how to make you feel welcome and part of a community! It took me a few years to find a home gym and I’ve never been happier than here at flow. I love the open mats, each professor is great in their own unique way, the schedule is abundant with classes, and I love training gi and no gi at 5 am and tuesdays thursdays!! The professors incorporate sparring/rolling into every class which is my most important thing I was looking for. I super highly recommend flow!!
This place is very welcoming and makes you feel like a part of a great community of people, whether you just started training or have been training for years. You can come here and learn great things and get pushed by everyone else as well. Happy to say this is my second home.
After training in BJJ for many years I am happy to say Flow Academy is my new home. Great vibes, challenging training and a great competitive side. No stress and wonderful for the kids. Professor Eric is the nicest guy! Definitely a must school for beginners and advanced students!
