Sensei Haga is a wonderful instructor of Shotokan karate and the martial arts. He is very patient, passionate, and caring with all of his students young and old. He is very well educated and skilled in the martial arts and karate. Our grandson is very grateful and thankful for teaching him the skills of Shotokan karate. My husband and I believe that knowledge of martial arts is very important for everyone. Our grandson will be able to get his official (adult) black belt when he is sixteen years old. “Flow Yucaipa is super welcoming and the head professor Eric always knows how to make you feel welcome and part of a community! It took me a few years to find a home gym and I’ve never been happier than here at flow. I love the open mats, each professor is great in their own unique way, the schedule is abundant with classes, and I love training gi and no gi at 5 am and tuesdays thursdays!! The professors incorporate sparring/rolling into every class which is my most important thing I was looking for. I super highly recommend flow!!“
