This review is on behalf of my mom, Hillary. Wow! I was beyond impressed with Jeff’s speedy response! I texted him at 6am explaining a thermostat problem I was having, hoping to get someone out that day, which I thought impossible during this cold weather. He texted me back 15 minutes later and walked me through an easy fix at no charge! I was dumbfounded. Unheard of these days! Needless to say, Jeff is a good, honest man. I won’t hesitate to call him again with my AC/heating needs. Thank you, Jeff!
