We contacted the only 3 people in the company, including the salesperson who lied to us to refund the last two months that we have not been hooked up due to PG and E or them or both and have not had success. THey charged us interest only loans when we do not have a system installed. They need to refund us and go back to truth. The lies will close their doors. PG and E is not their problem, lying to customers is.Not a place to ever do business with, our bad for not researching more,

Been locked in for 25 years of the loan is quite extensive tax break took me three years to get the refund which was past the deadline to put the money back into the loan. Nobody explains that to you when they make you think that no matter what you'll get your tax money back to lower your payments, so when you agree to the terms
