I needed new prescription glasses. I decided on the Yuba City Walmart Vision Center. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of the Vision Center: Dr. Trung Phan, OD, did a thorough eye exam, explaining in easy-to-understand language how to correct my vision. The center said it would take about 8+ days to receive my glasses, yet after five days, I received a call to pick them up.
Tommie helped me with minor adjustments. Valentin helped me with more detailed information for care and future orders.
All in all, this was a 5-star treatment and service. I highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center.
So impressed today with Crystal! She immediately noted I was a bit hesitant about the size and style I wanted. She made excellent suggestions. The best part was her knowledge of the products. She could identify what might be too heavy, too small, fade me out or be too harsh! She was very kind and patient. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Crystal!
I had a really great first experience at this vision center. The staff was super helpful and very nice, Especially Valentin being very accommodating and answering all of my questions. They have variety of frames to choose from, very affordable prices and got my new glasses back in about a week. Definitely making this place my go to for any vision needs. ☺️🦛💜
