I met Duane not long after moving to this community almost four years ago. He is relentlessly dedicated to volunteering and being a servant leader. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Matt let me know everything he was doing during his maintenance service. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up the debris after he was done in the attic. The AC blows more efficiently, and we are ready for the summer months. Highly recommend Vardell's
