Josh is an absolutely legendary realtor! He is a workman worth his wage in GOLD!!! We were so impressed by his precision troubleshooting at every turn. We had a highly sensitive issue to navigate at the beginning of the process with the tenants of our home right before the sale, and Josh was the perfect gentleman. He approached the delicate situation with extreme tactfulness, discernment, and compassionate empathy.
