Today, changed my opinions of dental visits! From the phone call with Rachel, the front desk receptionist! To Lori, Lisa and Dr. Reed, you too are superb! I have worked in the dental field, myself. I still didn't look forward to a visit! I chipped a front tooth, and called two different places for an appointment. The first call, offered me an appointment 3 weeks out! The second call was Reed's Family Dentistry, and they could see me next morning, due to cancelation. So two days after my first phone contact, I have two new temp crowns! I've been scared of the dentist for YEARS. Everyone here was so sweet and understanding. Dr. Reed is very nice and easy to talk to. I can't get over what a pleasant experience I had!
