What a surprise to find such a darling yoga studio in Yuba City of all places. I'm a certified 300 hr yoga teacher in mixed styles, with a specialty in rehabilitation from injuries, and restorative yin practice. I was visiting some family and experienced "pure joy" when I discovered this studio. I love their little crystal shop (bought a ton), their kitty cat who joins the practice, and they even have treatment rooms for massage and crystal light therapy where you can lay on top of a table that has huge pieces of amethyst under it. Absolutely amazing! I haven't done yoga in years and I was a little intimidated getting back into it. I went to the (free!) beginners class and had an absolute blast. Jesi was so kind and wonderful. The studio is beautiful and clean. Everyone seemed very nice but it's also a quiet, nice atmosphere. I will definitely be going back and signing up for more classes!

This place is like a home away from home. Sweet staff, knowledgeable teachers, and refreshing classes. Not to mention that I can't stop buying all their amazing crystals and merchandise!
