We had a very positive experience with Lift Off. Joe, Dustin, Andrew, Adrian, and Jesse showed up on time, worked very hard, and removed our floors within 2 days. They removed some wall items that we hadn't and were very careful. They did a great job of cleaning up and hauling the debris away.
We worked with Lift Off Floor Removal to help prepare for our brewery expansion at Two Ass Brewing Company in Auburn. Joe, Dustin, and the crew helped bring a nearly 90 year old industrial floor back up to snuff. When they were done, the floor was perfectly smooth and the character of the old concrete with its large quartz aggregate and patches made over the decades introduced a uniqueness that we love. The team got the work done as planned, left the work site in pristine shape, and were great to deal with. We'll definitely use them again for our next phases.
The Lift Off guys are wonderful. Not only do they arrive exactly on time, they work very hard to get your house done as fast as possible. They do an excellent job on the floors and clean up afterwards. They are a very polite and pleasant team. I had a plumber walk in to see a possible problem and they didn’t bat an eye on letting us interrupt their momentum. When I went over to pay them Joe related a message that a gardener had stopped by. Just so pleasant and professional!
