My favorite gym in the area!!

For some reason management has left to the discretion of the housekeeping team when and how they close the sauna and steam room. They for some strange reason have decided to close the sauna and steam room at the same time and to do so at the most busy times. They could close one than the other so we could still use one but the lady said is is more convenient for her to close them both at the same time. We dont have the luxury of choosing the time we go to the gym. Most of us come after work and have kids and can't just wait for an hour to use them. You could do it off peak times or after you close or so many other customer first solutions but they choose to do them both at the same time at peak use times. Strange.

Many of us rely on them not just for phisical but mental health. This is strange that management let's employees choose such a problematic solution. So many people were upset, not as we are not able to handle a problem but that this is such a blatant disregard for customer service.

I like that this gym has everything a gym can offer.

I really like how this gym is laid out. The swimming indoor and out, with hot-tub, sauna and steam room all working well. I like that its common area not in the locker rooms, like other guys I've been at before.

My friend took me on a guest pass and it was pretty cool that was on a steam room a pool bunch of machines to work on and we went way first thing in the morning like 4:30 a.m. and it was fantastic
