I was very suprised with how clean my carpets turned out. The results exceeded my expectations by a ton. Tammy was very thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. The whole experience was refreshing and well worth every penny.
A jug of laundry detergent fell on my carpeting. She came doing an excellent job of getting all the color out and most of the soap. I like this carpet company and will hire them again.
The young Man who cleaned our carpets “Danny” was very courteous and respectful. They were at our house in a timely fashion and he was Very Professional. He cleaned my carpet so nicely and removed the pet odor (my dog passed away, and lost continence), that was lingering in the house. They are on time and they did not overcharge us. It was a pleasantly nice surprise when he handed me the invoice. I would Definitely recommend HPCC to have your carpets done. They also do upholstery. I could not be more happy with the result. Thank you HPCC and I will definitely be calling you back for my carpets again in the not far future.Sincerely, M Brown
