I have been managing a property that uses Cal King Pest Control, we have been using them for over 20 years. Rick is our service technician who comes out for a routine monthly maintenance, he is always checking in with us to ensure we are pest free. Being a part of their monthly maintenance does not mean less, in our case it means even better service. They do a rolling maintenance where the tech has access at their convenience (but always coming to service in the same week each month) this works great for us because they are always willing to come in early in order to solve any issues that occur without that extra fee. Cal King is the best pest control. They took care of ant issues that we started having during service from a different pest control company. Dario was able to get it under control and made extra trips to help us out. He also came immediately after we had major yard work done to check and spray for any insects that got stirred up. He's really thorough when inspecting the house, yard, fence, etc. He texts ahead of time and checks in periodically to make sure everything's still good. Definitely recommended this company!

I have had Cal King service my past workplace, I was a Branch Manager at Sierra Central Credit Union at Beale AFB up until I retired in 2001. Rodney was great. I never had a problem with pests once he set up services to my branch. He also set up services to our home in Wheatland when we bought it. When we moved to Yuba City we tried another service and the service was definitely not the same quality. Rodney's crew are top of the line. They always do a complete service & are very friendly.
