Hmm. Doctors running behind schedule? Is it the medical group? 4 docs sharing 8 suites? Yeah, you're gonna run behind. Parking lot was packed too! Maybe I'll not schedule on Monday or Tuesday. The receptionist said it's usually super busy on those days. 15 minutes behind so far... now 60 minutes behind! Wow... Next appointment will be on a different day. I'm going to point the finger at Providence. Looks as if you want to cram more doctors in your building and churn out more patients too! Yeah, new doctors are onboarding with the medical group.

Been taking my mom here for years. I don’t expect immediate attention, but consistently having us wait in the examination room for nearly 45 minutes is unprofessional. This is a result of poor management, short staffing, and over booking.

This location is wonderful at blood draws which is 5 star The front desk check - horrible, rude, mean, combative When you walk up to sign in they are already mean spirited and ready to argue. Such a shame
