Kevin Allen Real Estate
“If you're looking to buy/sell in North Orange County, Kevin Allen is your guy. Having grown up in Placentia, Kevin has vast knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. He knows where the good districts are as well as the not so good areas, down to the streets you shouldn't go past. These days, anybody can go on Redfin/Zillow and find listings of homes to buy. While First Team Real Estate's auto emails did show us listings too, Kevin was able to find us several showings that weren't on the market yet to give us a step ahead of other buyers. Once we were in the negotiations, Kevin came up with creative negotiation tactics to bridge the gap between our offer and the seller's bottom line.”
