“Abby was recommended by our friend and we're so glad we took our friend's advise. We started talking in 2021 and ever since I've been updating her as far where my husband and I stand on our home buying preparations. Last month is when we finally said "Okay, we're ready to be homeowners! and Abby didn't waste a single day, she helped us look for our first home so quickly. At first we wanted to get a condo due to our approval rate being just a little over 500k, Abby showed us some condo properties but she was so determined to look for a single family home for us with a good school district for our son. We didn't thought it's possible but we got blessed and found a single family home in Chino Hills! Abby did everything to help us get the house, we submitted an offer and Abby did a lot of negotiation for us. She convinced the seller to pay for the closing cost, pay for buy down rate fees and pay for home repairs which the owner originally insisted "no repairs/as is"basis. We got a 21 day escrow so everything happened so fast! When we got the house Abby continued to help us, she gave us some infos for school districts, nearby restaurants/cool places to go around our neighborhood, utilities sign up links and even recommended a mover service for us. She also offered some great tips and advise regarding other situations while we were on escrow like early rental lease termination, new homeowner expectations and homeowners warranty coverage.
