My agent scheduled a showing with Jamie Chao, who was selling a home in Hacienda Heights. After responding curtly to my agent, we had made an appointment for a Monday at 9:30 a.m. I arrive at the property with my agent after driving an hour to get there. Jamie Chao didn't answer multiple phone calls and messages, nor did she call us back. I never got to see the inside of the property. Incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Promise after promise was broken. Deadlines not met yet demanding additional funds, keys given that do not open condo, remote given for a garage that could not be found. Past move in date property not ready. No contact for a full week. Will I even see the deposit $$$s or condo again? Confidence and trust lost. Maybe after requesting a meeting and meeting me. I am not who they would prefer to rent to. Without any communication one can only guess what the scenarios are.

Nancy and Her team are the most professional, honest, knowledgeable and service-oriented real estate broker I have ever experienced with. Nancy has provided services to us through buying and selling various properties in Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar and Walnut, Chino Hills and even Orange County areas for the past 15 years.
