Excellent customer experience. They helped me with a tricky frame adjustment that solved a long-term problem I didn't know I had with how my glasses sat on my face. The glasses fit beautifully and the staff were gracious and authentically friendly.

Dr. Lisa and her staff were amazing my mom and myself. They took the time to explain everything in my mom's preferred language of Spanish to the best of their abilities. The appointment was not rushed and the visit felt like for the first time my mom was getting the care she needed. I appreciate Dr. Lisa and her staff more than she may have known today. It's hard to find doctors that truly take the time to listen to the patient's needs. I will definitely come back and bring my mom as well as recommending her practice to others. I have been seeing Dr. Heuer for at least 10 years now and I will continue to do so! If you want personalized treatment then this is the place for you. You are not a number, and it’s not an in-and-out routine, this is professional eye care in the hands of an experienced doctor who listens to your concerns and makes sure you walk out with what you need (even if you end up shopping for glasses elsewhere).
