Sport Clips Haircuts of Woodland Gateway - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Walked in first time. No greeting, no one asked to check in (was first time with them). Waited 15 mins just to be told that they will not talk any one in. No customer service and no respect for customer. Never going bk and recommending this place.

My hair cut was for sure of poor quality and rushed. I went in Wednesday May 15th 2024. Walked into the Sportsclips. There were two women. No other customers. No obvious task being done. Got no greeting. No hey, no hello. Nothing.
Asked if they had any availability. They literally pointed at a kiosk like they had nothing better to do. Knew right then from the vibe I should've just left.
She literally draped the apron over me to start. No neck wrap, tissue nothing. Just literally draped it over me.
When she finished the hair was all over me.
My hair is pretty thick, full and was almost down to my neck. She finished in maybe 10 minutes. MAYBE.
Told her I wanted to keep the length on the top to slick it back, to fade the sides and back. My fade was completely choppy all the way around and the sides were two completely different lengths. One side slicked down just fine. The other side was so short the hairs stuck straight out no matter how I combed it.
There hours were getting close to closing time when I assume what was a customer called and the lady cutting my hair told the other women in a slightly obnoxious tone to "tell them no" and then repeated herself. Which I understand it could be a long day and it's getting close. But it seemed very unprofessional to be like that.
At the end of the maybe 10 minutes haircut I was asked to pay 29 dollars. For a basic haircut. Nothing else. Which seemed absolutely absurd regardless of the poor customer service with no beard trim or anything. Definitely got no tip.
I went to Dead Cat Alley Barbershop. They were completely booked and took me in anyways because I could wait. They re faded my entire head and fixed everything. Trimmed and shaped my beard along with my mustache. Tapered and straight razored my neck. offered me a drink while I waited. When I asked how much I owed. He said he didn't get to use a hot towel. So 30 dollars even.
I even asked if I was over reacting about my haircut and he laughed. Told me no your fade was choppy all the way around. Definitely will not go back to Sportsclips.

Never going again. It seems like the stylist wanted to be done as soon as possible. They didn’t even follow my request, and in the end, I regret having cut my hair short. I showed the stylist a picture, and now I see myself in the mirror. They don’t look similar at all. I don’t recommend this place at all. One of the worst mistakes I made in my life. I miss my long hair.

Very poor customer service. Don't recommend them at all. I was extremely disappointed to be ignored and not even acknowledged after checking in and stylists being done with their customers. Instead of acknowledging me and my grandson after sweeping up after their last client, it was more important to fold towels and talk between themselves. Not once we're we spoken too.

Extremely poor customer service. I will never come back. Stylists didn't even bother to acknowledge us even after checking in and after other customers left. Waited about 20 mins after both stylists were free and wasn't even spoken to once. Very sad that you treat customers like this. I walked out and will never return.
