Ric Olstad replaced our entire office roofing, and was great throughout the entire process! Keep in mind our office is a Victorian home with steep roof structures and grooves you would expect out of the detailed older homes. Not every company wanted to work on this due to the experience needed. Ric and his workers had it done before winter started even with our late decision. He got the job done! Ric Olstad Roofing performed a Class 'A' job replacing my roof. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work and all neighbor comments have been positive. Ric inspected my roof, discussed my needs and goals (energy savings), prepared a professional estimate (with priced options), obtained the permit, performed the work promptly (with no 'mess'), and did not want payment until I was completely satisfied.
