We contacted Valley roofing for a complete re-roof with new gutters. Our roof was leaking in multiple spots as we were approaching winter, so it was relatively urgent. The quote we were given was fair and on the lower end compared to other companies we contacted. They were able to start within a month, which was critical for us at the time.Demolition was scheduled to start on a Monday, but rain was in the forecast so we got delayed. I contacted Sean when our home needed a roof. Sean is friendly and was helpful in explaining all the various products available to help reduce our heating & cooling costs. Sean's bid for new roofing was fair and he was very prompt in providing sample boards and other local addresses so that we could make an informed decision on color selection.

Valley Roofing is very busy, and there's a reason. They are good to work with (we worked with Sean on our re-roof), fair in pricing, and do quality work. Sean knew the materials well, and even was familiar with our association's requirements (El Macero). When I wanted to see the color on a roof, they gave me a few addresses to drive by to see it installed. The only down side is how busy they are, but if you can wait, it's worth it. As a Realtor, I always recommend them first.
